    What We Do:

    The Big Task:

    As our Financial Controller, your primary goal will be to enhance our financial performance and support operational decision-making. You’ll conduct financial planning, forecasting, strategic analysis, and reporting that drives our growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    – Develop a robust financial infrastructure to support sustained growth.
    – Create detailed financial reports for strategic planning.
    – Analyze key business drivers and performance indicators.
    – Present findings in a clear, accessible format.
    – Oversee HR, AR/AP, payroll, cash management, and accounting procedures.
    – Manage and mentor accounting staff, guiding their priorities and performance.
    – Ensure accurate and timely income statements and tax reporting.
    – Shape our company culture by promoting ethics and integrity.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    – Lead the accounting staff in financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting.
    – Recruit, hire, and evaluate accounting and financial staff.
    – Coordinate training programs for new and existing team members.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    – Strong management and supervisory skills.
    – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    – Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
    – Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    – Proven long-term job history and ability to multitask.
    – Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    – Expertise in quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
    – Knowledge of market potential and competitive landscape.
    – Strong ability to convey complex information clearly to leaders.
    – High motivation and a flexible, positive attitude.
    – ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required.
