Carpenter for deck repair

I have a second floor balcony/deck that I need repaired. There are three 4×6 horizontal beams approx. 12 feet long that have rot from water penetration on the ends. I am available to help to save money on labor but need a skilled carpenter with the tools so it is down right and safe.
