No early-birds please…Hi all. I’m not sure if this is the right place to be posting this. Let me know if there is a better place.
The owner of the Puerto Vallarta restaurant in West Seattle, Eduardo Morales-Cadenas, was also my landlord recently. He owes me $900. I did expect him to steal this and I failed to ever get a lease written up despite it being promised before I moved in. When living in the house I only had communication with the owner through someone else. I understand this is an extremely sketchy situation and I am unlikely to get my money. I was desperate at the time of move in. As a last attempt to get my money (since I am a broke college student and it would pay for an entire class for me, or a months rent) I would like to call Lalo himself. So I am wondering if anyone knows where I can find contact info for him. I know that he is the owner of Puerto Vallarta as well as several other properties in the area, but I’m struggling to find a phone number. Since starting to try and find one, I have also found out that the man has been in extensive legal trouble related to stealing and selling stolen liquor at his restaurants.
