FREE for interior or exterior use. It’s a solid wood frame with double pane glass. Hinges are still on it for easy mounting, would just need doorknob and deadbolt. Beautiful wood on one side and painted black on the other however it would be easy to sand this down back to natural wood. 32″ wide by 78″ tall. Can be used inside or outside (with paint).

Can send actual pictures of the door if you’d like but here is a link to a door that is very close to what this door looks like (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Feather-River-Doors-30-in-x-80-in-1-Lite-Unfinished-Pine-Privacy-Woodgrain-Interior-Door-Slab-EN15012668E680/203172231?MERCH=REC-_-PIPHorizontal2_rr-_-203172229-_-203172231-_-N)

Our door is see through glass, not privacy.

    Hello Graciano,

Good news — the bicyclists already pay the taxes! The majority of bicycle facilities are being paid for out of the Levy to Move Seattle which voters passed in 2016. The Levy is funded by property taxes. I’m a bicyclist and I also pay property taxes.

Keep in mind — the biggest beneficiary of improved bicycle facilities are car drivers. Just imagine how much worse the car commute would be if the 1,200 (often more) bicyclists crossing the West Seattle Bridge each day were in a single occupancy car!

I would think you could go in or call and talk to the bank manager — they are probably responsible for some “landscaping” and if not have the contact for the property owner.

How does one find out who owns the property that the Chase bank on California and Edmonds st. is owned by? Someone needs to come by there and tend to the shrubs that have almost taken over the sidewalk.

A sign on the bin might help. Some people don’t realize that homeowners are hesitant to put even their own dog’s waste in the bin until trash pick up day.

I have a friend who used to do this on our walks until I explained to her how unpleasant it can make a homeowner’s bin if the trash has just been emptied and it will sit for a week.

Did you check your spam filter?
Seems some email systems think our email is spam.
I don’t know if there’s a way to take email out of the loop – I often forget pw’s for the zillions of websites I have to use for infrequent payments etc. and they all seem to have different reset methodologies, from email to ‘we’ll text you a code’ – but I’ll ask our tech person to check. – TR

In contrast to the the review above, I would NOT recommend using Green Planet Plumbing and personally will not be using them again. Paid $800 for 3 hours of labor — pretty much undermines any trust or confidence that I would like to attribute to a contractor or vendor and the bids they make.

There was an “accepted” bid, so I shook my head, grumbled and paid it. When I accepted the bid via e-mail and asked them to schedule the work with the spouse, they never did respond to my request for justification of why it costs an additional $500 to set a shower pan in a drain they just moved a couple inches. And after the work was done I made a second written request to question the bid and the charges. Again, they did not bother responding.

I was more than satisfied when I used O’Neill Plumbing in the 90’s. And after the change of ownership, I can attest that the new owner also stood behind his work and billing. So this experience with Green Planet was very disappointing. What I really hope for is an experience and business relationship like I have with Doyle’s Automotive where there is trust that they are doing the right thing, not misleading you, and not gouging you. That is not what I encountered — they couldn’t bother to respond. I won’t make that mistake again.
