Essential Job Functions:

Please take a look at what happened to my son Gary , (15) born and raised in West Seattle junction & White center area
Gary took a trip to Metlakatla Alaska on 8-2-23 to meet his dad’s side of the family who live on the only Indian reservation in the state of Alaska , pretty neat small community of around 1600 and almost everyone there is probably related to him in some way . He was having a great time but unfortunately on 8-5 his trip was cut short after he slipped and fell from a 25ft coast guard tower him and some local kids were jumping off of into the ocean. The tower is also on a dock, and the dock is still about 15 ft or so above the water so in all, roughly 40-50 ft fall, broke the fall face first on the dock which knocked him unconscious into the water . Extensive injuries , surgeries, metal plate in chin ,missing teeth, really almost lost his life because he was unconscious and submerged into the water (🙏🙏) thankfully the kids acted quickly and got help and helped save him from the sea. Gary was airlifted in a guardian jet to Seattle within hours to receive adequate care they couldn’t provide in Alaska , was at harboriew over a week before discharging to me and coming home to heal . Please anything helps , the fundraising is mainly to restore his missing teeth (6 total , 5 top front) and get him permanent false teeth since insurance will not cover implants / vineeers , only dentures, which he will have but hopefully just temporarily . He is currently missing his 1st semester of sophomore year in high school , missing daily activities as well as sports which is his regular daily schedule , football , wrestling, baseball . He’s a Wonderful son , stays out of trouble , respectful, charming I could go on and on . Just so thankful we didnt lose him . Josiah, the owner(local)and his employees were wonderful. I have 2 big cedars, fir and a spruce. He cleaned out all the dead branches all the way to the tops. He did around the power lines. My trees hang way out over the street, he brought those “back” just enough. My neighbors are happy too.
The trees branches now have light and are just beautiful. The clean up was impeccable too.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Box Office staff are the first folks most patrons and visitors meet when they come into ArtsWest. As such, it is essential that this position provide exemplary customer service, with a clear focus on upholding ArtsWest’s values. The position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day function of the box office including ticket sales, subscriber services, and the running of pre-performance box office operations. They will work both independently and with the Patron Services Manager as well as the front of house and administrative staff to provide excellent customer service to ArtsWest’s guests. Weekend and evening availability is required for this role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assures a high-quality experience for ArtsWest’s guests by supporting the operation of the front of house, including but not limited to selling tickets and subscriptions to patrons over the phone and in-person, resolving ticketing and patron seating issues, and being available by phone and email during box office hours to assist our patrons.
PatronManager (Salesforce) administration such as seating subscribers, assigning contacts to new orders, mailing out tickets, running door list reports, etc.
Assures that the Box Office, Gallery, concessions, and theater house are safe, clean and inviting during box office hours and for performances and events.
Performs house manager and bartender duties as needed.
Assist Patron Services Manager with box office projects such as mailing campaigns, concessions stocking and tracking, patron phone calls, subscriber letters, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Cash handling and payment processing experience.
Computer skills including Microsoft 365.
Experience with, ability, and/or willingness to learn complex CRM software.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
Desired:
Experience with PatronManager (Salesforce).
Two years of administrative or customer service experience.
MAST permit is a plus.
LOCATION
ArtsWest is located at 4711 California Ave. SW in the heart of West Seattle’s Alaska Junction. My boyfriend and I are West Seattle born and raised and are looking for a rental home in the area. Our families grew up here, and we are wanting to stay close to take care of some family with health issues. We are looking for 2+ bedrooms, 1+ bath house. We are looking for something around $2500 a month that accepts a small dog (fully trained 5 yrs old) and a cat. Since we have a dog, a fenced yard would be awesome.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GRC Prime Bath. GRC Prime Bath does not believe in customer service or customer satisfaction. The company is unprofessional and the workmanship shoddy. I am hard pressed to believe any positive review out there in light of my experience with GRC Prime Bath. Owner verbally accosted the team with profanity, and during the tirades criticized the workmanship/team’s competency leaving me concerned of the work being performed. I have never witnessed such inappropriate behavior/unacceptable conduct. After one very loud/profane tirade, owner dismissed the team from the premises. There was never a final walk through and sign off of the work. I wrote the check for the balance out of good faith at around 10PM at night after being up for 15 hours. I was told later, by writing the check, I accepted the work done. 7/24 GRC Branch Manager came to review work completed from a quality assurance perspective. GRC Branch Manager agreed that the work was not up to standard. Last visit was 9/5 to address one issue. 9/6 Upon the removal of the ceiling panel in the primary bathroom, it was discovered that GRC did not install a floor to ceiling waterproof board. Upon further inspection, the panels “wave” at the intersection with the shower basin which leads me to believe the preparation needed to install the PVC shower unit is questionable. But without tearing out the wall panels, I cannot confirm. I cannot confirm if the GRC crew who worked on my home was even qualified! Owner fired the majority of them the first day of work at my home (communicated by Owner/Branch Manager) which indicates to me this was not the first time sub-par work on an installment had occurred. I am out over $18,000 and am left with no possible way to order BCI PVC replacement parts. I am saddled with multiple repairs to address, including re-caulking the bathrooms – GRC Prime Bath does not even know how to caulk properly. I have photos and further documentation that would cause alarm to any homeowner looking for a company to renovate their bathroom(s). If I could attach photos, I would!
