I have the same opinion as maplesyrup regarding how I feel about the club. I am hoping that now that Sam has fewer clubs, he can focus on improving what he has. I filled out an online survey the gym sent this summer and the manager and Sam both called me to talk about my feedback and I hope that Adidasguy has provided feedback to the gym directly too and not just vented on this forum. I am not defending their actions on the members trying to leave and I would be upset if I was taken to a collection agency for the gym’s errors but I haven’t experienced that yet. No gym is perfect and there is always room for improvement and obviously OAC has a long way to go after buying a failing club.

As a member, I want this gym to succeed because it takes me 2 minutes to run there and any other gym would take me a lot longer to get to. I like that there aren’t kids running around the equipment and the people who work and workout there are nice. My boyfriend has made several friends there over the years and they enjoy working out together. Quentin is a great training and encourages me to continue to meet my goals.

I hope they sign up a lot of new member so the gym can stay open, they can pay their garbage and water bills and fix the broken equipment.
