we were there on Sat & the machine was locked up & the owner asked us if the clothes were ours – he said someone overloaded the machine (this was at 2:00 Sat afternoon) – that is why the error message came up & locked the washer up. we did our laundry & came back to put items in dryer – owner was still there – this was 2 hours later – the washer was still locked up. I have used this laundry mat for years & have never had issues – i know that if you overload the washer that is what happens.
