Did you know that your voice, free from fear, is a powerful energy tool you carry with you everywhere? When the world feels heavy, it’s a guide—clearing what clouds the spirit, releasing what weighs you down, and illuminating new space for creative transformation. And when we sing together, we do more than tune in to the present. We raise our collective vibration, reclaim our peace, and step into the courage of unshakeable inner knowing.


This Month at Sacred Resonance: Frequency Messages
Your voice is the most potent tool for transmission you carry with you everywhere. Whales have been sending each other complex messages through sound for millions of years. What if you’ve been able to do the same thing all along and just never knew it? In May at Sacred Resonance, we’ll use our voices to explore how sound carries real meaning beyond the reach of words and what becomes possible when we use sustained sound for sublingual communication. Afterward, we’ll hum and tone together accompanied by crystal alchemy singing bowls for the deep nervous system reset that Tone Circle™ freeform singing meditations are known for.

🕛 When: Sunday, May 17 at 12:00 p.m.
 Doors open at 11:50 a.m. and close at 12:00 p.m. start. Please note that we do secure the doors during the practice for everyone’s comfort and safety, so we recommend arriving early to get settled in on time.

📍 Where: Inner Alchemy Sanctuary & Studio (lower level, accessed via the side entrance): 3618 SW Alaska Street, Seattle. Look for the blue Tone Circle sidewalk sign and the Inner Alchemy banner above the door. Free street parking is available nearby.

💧 Bring: A water bottle (your vocal cords will thank you), a favorite cushion if you have one, and an open heart.
