Join Trees for Neighborhoods and Dirt Corps for our upcoming tree care skill share and volunteer work party along Longfellow Creek! We will learn how to decide the best species and spots for adding new trees to your yard or street. Our Right Tree, Right Place lesson is leading up to the Trees for Neighborhoods’ free tree giveaway and our local planting season. We’ll then remove harmful weeds from and apply mulch to the young and mature trees at this site to allow them to continue to thrive. All ages and skill levels are welcome!
