After all of the stress of last week — stress that exposes old wounds; reminds us of what we have lost or never had; forces us to put on a brave face when we have no strength left; finds us lonely or angry or sad; or stirs up whatever personal hurt this week brought—and in anticipation of making it through the end of the year and into spring, please join Tamara and Listening to Grief for an in-person Holiday Season Grief Peer Support Group on Thursday, December 5th at 6:30pm. It will be held at Counseling West Seattle in Morgan Junction.

All holiday-related grief is welcome. Come if you’re feeling lonely. Come if you have pent-up frustrations from Thanksgiving dinner. Come if you’re anticipating more sadness as we head into the final darkest days of the year. Come if you’re feeling blah but aren’t sure why. The doors are open to everyone feeling the holiday blues.
