Thanks for the tips. The Seattle City Light map shows 26 customers without electricity because of an outage in the Westwood Village vicinity. No word yet on the cause; though the map suggests a late-night restoration estimate, remember that those estimates are just guesses – could be a lot sooner or a lot later.
I just called the QFC there to ask if they were affected, they are currently on generators. The woman I talked with said some items are not available, such as the frozen section (and I believe she said meat as well). But they are open.

I was just there and Bed Bath & Beyond is accepting customers but everything is manual, and it’s a long wait! Writing down each item they sell and adding the totals and tax up themselves. Old school, it works but don’t go if you’re not patient. Staples seemed fine.
