Thanks to Jo for the tip that it looks open now – we just called owner “Thampay” Thilakarajah; he tells WSB the store will officially open 7 am tomorrow. (Here’s our in-depth article from last month detailing what he says AUM will offer.)
I just drove by and the doors were open with deliveries in progress! This is a great addition to the Alki biz district!

Finally….a market within walking distance! It’s about time! Exactly what this area needs, not a full grocery store…or another ‘chain’ 7/11…but a local market. NICE!
