  We found him. He is back home now.  A cat lady near by had him. She is now moved out of he house and her son brought all the cats in the house to the Seattle Animal shelter (including Milo). Only 2 of the cats were registered to her. Milo and a couple others had chips.  Some did not. If your missing your cat around SW Cloverdale st by Lincoln Park. Check the shelter.
