We found a dog this morning in Delridge near the Home Depot. Photos attached. Black and brown fur, small dog who is pretty skittish but eventually came over for pats. Collar but no tags.

Update – we took him to the Seattle Animal Shelter. Appears to be in good health, but please check with them if you are his owner!
