WSB: Videos don't line up with storyline…how come?

Hey West Seattle Blog – how come on the “Home” page the video sometimes is from an old storyline or possibly the last video I watched. If I click on the topic title or the comments then the correct video lines up with the story. Is it just me (my computer issues) or something on your end?

Example? Have never heard of this before. We don’t host the videos so if it’s in the embed, it may be a YouTube thing (which we’re using more again lately since it resolves faster in terms of going out to harvest the clip)…

It happened again. This is the topic title:

Video: West Seattle Tool Library’s new location officially open, but the actual video below the title is of the soft open at the new Southgate Roller Rink. Eventually the correct video lines up after I click on it and hit refresh. Am I the only one that has this issue sometimes?

I’ve had this happen to me, though not on the WSB site. Not sure what causes it but I’ve only seen it on blogging or feed platforms.

It happens to me on my phone. When I access WSB from my android phone it will come up with a video at first and then the page will reset and the video will lock into place. For example today it was trying to show the chief sealth honor choir video.
