Why we love Alki and the Log Cabin Museum…

I’m sure those of you who have been reading already know, but the Seattle Neighborhood Watch blog has been updated with our trip to Alki last weekend. I want to add that the Log Cabin Museum is really fun and Andrea Mercado was SUPER helpful and friendly, she really helped steer the rest of our afternoon after visiting. It is really awesome to learn about our town here being the birthplace of Seattle.

I especially enjoyed reading about Seaview Hall. I’ve been here for 33 years and never knew it existed. What a wonderful restoration they’ve done. It’s an amazing house. Now I only have to win the lottery so it can be mine :)
