The end of 2019 (and the decade!) is upon us, so it’s time for a year-end Seattle area market update. The median sale price in King County was $610,000 at the end of November, and it’s stayed relatively flat throughout the year. Part of the reason is because inventory is so low. While we’re still in a seller’s market, conditions aren’t as insane as in years past. To find out more, watch this short video.
