West Seattle High School Student — Babysitting walking distance from school

Hi there! We are a new family who live right next to West Seattle High School (37th and Hanford), and we have a 4 month old baby boy. We are looking for someone, preferably a high school student at West Seattle High School, who is interested in occasional babysitting. We’re looking to have someone who could be available for a few hours on week nights and/or some half days or nights on weekends a few times per month.

This is ideal for someone looking to make some additional money at their convenience and who enjoys small children. No need to have substantial babysitting experience; just a good attitude, willingness to learn, ability to be reliable and on time, and comfort with dogs as well (we have a golden retriever). If you happen to have infant CPR certification, please let us know, but again — not necessary. We envision that the times we would need babysitting would often include nights/times when the baby is sleeping, so feel free to bring your homework!

We will pay Seattle minimum wage ($17.27/hr).
