Thinking of getting a piece of marble to use as a vanity top but would need to have it trimmed and a hole put in for the vessel sink. Does anyone have a recommendation and/or ballpark figure on how much this would cost? Thanks!

Try Sam Clark with Clarkstone @ 206-954-7008. He’s been doing this kind of work for 20+ years and has done 2 kitchens for me as well as bathroom vanities, showers & fireplace surrounds etc… I HIGHLY recommend him! Super nice guy, too.

if they’re still there, bernard at expert marble and granite on west marginal did me right.

around $950 for a granite bar top and pieces for a built-in grill surround. he cut it, i picked it up and installed it.

but they will deliver for a fee, if i recall correctly.

pricing will depend on the size, thickness, and quality of the slab.

also, too, they had plenty of remnants – maybe there’s one big enough for a lav sink.
