    Sales Director Wanted 2

    Tango Card is the first company to provide Rewards-as-a-Service, RaaS® to enterprise customers. Just as Salesforce moved CRM to the cloud, Tango Card is moving loyalty and rewards to the cloud – a $50 Billion dollar industry in the US alone.

    We’re a 30 person team based in West Seattle. We have filed 3 patents, have a fantastic sales pipeline, and are growing very quickly. We recently completed a significant Series B financing round and our stellar investor group now consists of Allegro Venture Partners, Floodgate Capital, Eric Schmidt’s Innovation Endeavors, SWaN and Legend partners and WTI. We are looking to add a few absolutely stellar engineers to our team to build the products and capabilities that will take us to the next level.

    Ideal Candidate: Simply put, we are seeking a difference maker; a Sales Director that can understand our business and what we offer, can engage quickly and effectively with prospective customers, thrives on closing new sales, and is maniacal about providing a well-organized and clean hand-off of the customer to our customer success management team so we can execute cleanly. We expect the following:

    1. You will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales

    2. You will close 3-4, 6-7 figure new customers every quarter (once ramped up)

    3. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to clearly express our strategy and vision in 
addition to specific product benefits

    4. You will be detail oriented and a control freak (at least until launch is complete) and will work 
closely and effectively with the management team, with customer success managers, with marketing, and with the development team to ensure questions are answered, problems addressed, and the team is positioned for success

    5. You will happily use the key tools we use here including Salesforce and excel to ensure we can effectively operate as a sales team

    6. If you are a student of these things, we are looking for the true challenger salesperson
