Genesee HillParticipantHave you tried using the key, in the door lock?

ToddinWestwoodMemberMy Subaru Impreza has a procedure in the manual to make the lock unlock into a silent operation where only the lights flash. I did it, it was easy.

dhgParticipantDepends on the model. You can call Toyota and they will tell you how to disable it. If it is the karr system, here it is:
– key into ignition
– turn to ON
– turn back off
– push little button behind blue alarm light by your leg area 3x
you will hear 2 soft horn beeps confirming programming.

dhgParticipantReally sorry. I was using a mac. I hit submit and the button did not respond. So, dang it, submit! click click click click. oh wait, maybe that’s a bad idea.
Wish we could delete but editing does not allow you to pull it.
