Recommendations needed for a good travel agent

Does anyone know of a good travel agent in West Seattle or anywhere in Seattle really that could help me arrange/ plan my trip to Vietnam? The reason I want a travel agent’s help is because I want to have a longer layover in Japan (couple days) on the way to Vietnam. Also, will need help applying for a visa. Would greatly appreciate any suggestions/lead for a good travel agent!
