Recommendations for crawlspace insulation?

I’m looking for feedback from folks who have had their crawlspaces insulated and ducts sealed. Anyone had someone do this whom they were pleased with?

I’ve not had this work done but rather did something similar for one of my remodel clients a few years back. They had a mouse infestation in their floor and ducting insulation. Two of us went in an removed all existing insulation and installed new in about two days. It had to be one of the dirtiest jobs I’ve ever done. While I don’t typically do this type of work, I’d be happy to (gulp);) stop by and at least take a look at your situation if you’re still looking for someone. I have several clients locally you can call for references.
