Just amazing customer service. The red light intermittently flashed with that awful warning noise telling me my emergency brake was on (when it wasn’t. I worried about the cost and how to drop off-pick up my car for days. Based on a note on the WSB I called West Seattle Import Auto about my Saturn on Monday. The person that answered the phone diagnosed the problem and encouraged me to fix it myself. Less than $3.00 and 5 minutes max, the issue was resolved.
