Rant: SDOT Admiral Repair / Maintenance

Looks like SDOT marked a location for repair on the “Big Hill” going up Admiral but repaired the wrong (downhill ) side. The craters in the left lane are still there. Kind of looks like failed sewage pipes underneath. If it’s dark and you’re unfamiliar, it would be quite a hazard on a motorcycle. What they did “repair” seemed fine before the work. They also need to cut back the trees covering the speed sensor / sign.

I’ve done this multiple times and I’ve found it effective. They seem to respond to reports that current conditions create traffic hazards (like swerving into other/opposing lanes).
