MEwestseattleMemberOur sensational Massage Envy West Seattle team is looking for additional Sales Associates to join our talent pool. You must be enthusiastic about learning the healing benefits of massage and helping people achieve a higher level of health and wellness.

Duties include:
• Providing excellent service to members/ guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/ guests upon arrival.
• Selling memberships to prospective guests and consistently maintaining a high closing percentage.
• Assists in maintaining a professional front desk/reception environment.
• Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management.

Experience required:
• Customer service and sales experience a MUST.
• Ability to effectively communicate with members/ guests on membership benefits, and clinic policies and procedures.
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including nights and weekends.
Benefits:
• Massage Envy Membership – Free 1-hour massage a month.
• Eligible for unlimited primary health care coverage immediately upon hire.
• Paid sick time accrued based on 40hr work week.
• Actively involved ownership with vision of quality benefit offerings.
This position is for a 30-hour week. Your schedule will be set so you can plan ahead for your extracurricular activities :)

JanSParticipantpenguinlover…the instructions said to apply in person. I doubt they have the time to read here and contact people who are interested. I’m sure one of the things they look for is if theapplicants can follow directions/instruction. Good luck..sounds like an interesting and fun job.
