Pisco sour in West Seattle?

With Saturday (Feb 1) being the Peruvian National Pisco Sour day, I am wanting to celebrate with a pisco sour or two. Suggestions on establishments in West Seattle that will serve ’em? Or serve a good one?

You might try El Pique in Burien … they feature it on their website. (Chef used to work at a great Peruvian restaurant in White Center, but I haven’t eaten or imbibed at El Pique.)
