OVERVIEW
A member of the administration team, the office manager leads facility oversight with a welcoming, effective office environment. In addition, he/she works closely with the design/sales staff and leadership to facilitate the accurate, organized support necessary to keep all other positions working smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. AR/AP coordination with bookkeeper
2. Shop Support: Work with procurement to order supplies and maintain stock system with various vendors for metal, wood, and finish
3. Project Support: Coordination with Insurance Brokers for job set up, schedule of values for projects, and coordinate with PMs for contract management
4. HR responsibilities include insurance management, shop safety manual maintenance, employee manual maintenance, LnI claims management, and reviewing timesheets for accuracy
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Min 2 Year degree in related field
5+ years experience working in an office environment organizing information, coordinating with others, self managing and creating/following office systems
