transplantellaParticipantI’m looking for one of those delish pre-cooked spiral sliced honey baked hams for our Christmas dinner. Googled but only turned up an ex-Honey Baked Ham store in U village which is now closed.
Any ideas where to find such a ham?

charlabobParticipantLooks like there’s a bunch of Honeybaked stores, just not the one in U Village (or Tukwilla) :-(
The Swinery has amazing ham, but you have to preorder and it may be too late.

JoBParticipantyou can get a really good pre-cooked honey glazed ham at costco

transplantellaParticipantThis link only lists 4 locations–Edmonds, Tacoma, Olympia, and Puyallup. :(
I don’t have a Costco card or a car either.
I can hardly believe honey spiral sliced hams are not available here?

WSBKeymasterTrans, I don’t know if it’s HONEY, but Safeway’s hams are spiral-sliced, and that’s what we’re probably getting for Christmas – had one last year and it was better than a Honey-Baked Ham we’d gotten from a gift certificate some years back or the much-touted Fred Meyer “flame-crafted.” We have a joke about hams that are so overpreserved they make you feel “buzzy” – that applied to all of the aforementioned, except the Safeway ham.

DianeParticipantI’m working seasonal at Fred Meyer in Ballard, and they have super yummy ham for the holidays, don’t know if it’s honey or spiral or cost, but it’s really good; there have been tv commercials and samples at the store; the next closest FM is Burien

christopherboffoliParticipantI asked at the Swinery while I was in this morning and, though they are going fast, they still have about 8 extra Christmas hams for sale. So all hope is not lost. But I’d call them to hold one for you if you’re interested.

austinMemberDid anybody else get one of the swinery’s bourbon brown sugar mustard hams? That was some of the most incredible pork I’ve had, perfectly tender and just smoky enough, the fat crisped up into bourbony little crunchy nuggets of wonderful and the glaze was sweet and dreamy. Matched up with their chorizo and cornbread stuffing the swinery really rocked christmas dinner.
