Are you certain a “landlord” had your car towed (which is what I’m assuming you mean by “tool” and “told,” too much voice-to-text these days)? For example if you were blocking a driveway or hydrant, or violating any other posted parking rule (time limits, for example), anyone could call that in to parking enforcement – landlord, property owner, resident, passerby – and have that enforced. But if you’re certain you were legally parked in an unrestricted street space, you’d definitely want to see something in writing about why your vehicle was towed – TR
