Need rental house in Schmitz Park school zone

We are seeking a 2-3yr rental house in the Schmitz Park Elementary SPS zone beginning in August. We have a large dog and child, and would need a 2BR and some kind of yard. Though we currently rent in WS, it’s in the wrong school attendance zone. We would love for him to attend kindergarten at Schmitz Park!

We have credit issues, and will spend the next year repairing this. Hopefully we can buy a home in a couple of years. In the meantime, we can pay extra in deposit or several months rent in advance. We have very stable income & professional jobs.

Don’t know if you’re still looking but I saw for For Rent sign this morning on Charleston between 52nd and 53rd.
