Hello! My name is Brandy and I am a 32 year old professional. I have been working for the past 9 years as a nanny, and the 2 years prior to that I worked as the Lead teacher at a private downtown Montessori school.

I am looking for a position in the greater West Seattle area with a family who is looking for an extension to their family. I really thrive in positions with families who aren’t looking for just a driver. If you want a nanny to take your child(ren) on adventures and put together (learning!) activities on subjects that they’re interested in, help pick up groceries or to take the kids to get their hair cut after school I’m going to fit right in! For smaller friends… singing, reading , playing and daily walks, I love taking classes and exploring new parks!

If you are open to a share with an amazing West Seattle family who have a 7yo boy (@Fairmont Park 845-255) and 4yo girl (@SWEL 830-12) I am available all day Monday, Wednesday and Friday, as well as Tuesday until 1130. I would like to find a family with similarly aged kids, but am open to talking about your family and needs!

If you would prefer a more personal experience I am available on Monday and Tuesday until 1130am, Wednesday and Thursday I am open from 930-1130, and Friday all day!

I am open to date nights and weekend care as well, for those needing babysitting on a one time or ongoing basis.

I have experience with children of all ages and abilities including newborns, multiples, children with Apraxia, Asperger’s, Autism, ADD/ADHD, dyslexia Speech Delay, Hearing/Vision/impairments, Down’s syndrome, Celiac Disease, Osteogenesis imperfect (Brittle Bone disease) Food allergies and Behavioral issues.

I think it’s important to get children out and help them experience the world in a safe and educational way. I have a fully insured 2002 Honda Odyssey (even investing in my own Recaro, and Sunshine Kids car seats!) for adventures or for running needed errands!
