Maven meals is great. Long-standing Burien business, good ingredients, reasonable prices. mavenmeals.com

From Acme, WA theacmebox.com this is a larger operation offering some fully prepared foods and some meals that come as ingredients that you cook yourself. Mix and match. Healthy, interesting, quality.
These are the only two that I have found that didn’t look and taste like microwave entrees. Both are no commitment so you can try and never order again if you don’t like it.

I ordered meals from Westerly Kitchen (westerleykitchen.com) for a few months earlier this year when I was recovering from a hospital stay. You can order meals for three, four or five days a week, and two to three meals a day. It’s a set menu, although you can choose meat or vegetarian, and they can accommodate many major allergies. I believe all the meals are already gluten free. It was not inexpensive but the food was good and the portions generous, and they delivered them fresh once or twice a week depending on how many meals you ordered for the week.
