Looking for full-time nanny for 2 infants

We are searching for a full time nanny to care for our infant sons in our West Seattle homes Monday through Friday starting mid March. Our son will be 5 months old and we will need care for him 3 days a week. Our friends’ son will be 3 months old and will need care 5 days a week.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
-Dependable, punctual, and loves babies
-Five or more years of experience as a nanny or professional child care worker, including caring for multiple infants simultaneously
-Current certification in infant CPR
-OK working in a home with cats and dogs
-Non-smoker
-Have your own transportation
-Due to the level of care 2 infants would need, we would prefer a nanny who will not need to bring his/her own children to work
-Hours of care would be approximately 8am-5pm on Monday & Tuesday, 8 am-4 pm on Wednesday & Thursday, and 8-3 on Fridays
WHAT WE’RE OFFERING:
-$20-22/HOUR, guaranteed salary, depending upon experience
-Reimbursement for travel related to care of the boys during the work day
-2 weeks paid time off plus national holidays
-$500 annual professional development funds available after 6 months to cover education or certification expenses, OR $500 towards health care costs, OR $500 towards a travel stipend

My name is Ashly Gordon and I am very interested in caring for your sons. I am currently a full time college student in California, but I am moving to West Seattle this June after graduation. I am moving to continue my education and be closer to some of my family. I will be in Seattle next week from April 11th to the 16th if you would like to meet up in person.
I have experience with children of all ages but I have found the most joy while caring for infants and toddlers. I have worked at a daycare center and I have also been a private nanny for several families.
