We have an immediate opening for an experienced grounds maintenance person. Experience in all aspects of grounds keeping required; experience in building maintenance a plus. Must have own transportation; tools and equipment supplied by Company. Duties include: mowing lawns, cutting and trimming brush/trees, weeding and maintaining planting beds, blowing walkways, common areas and parking lots, cleaning and pressure washing walkways/parking lots, picking up trash as well as hauling trash, moving appliances. Light building maintenance and other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
Wages DOE, benefit package includes vacation and medical, fuel reimbursement included.
