FullTiltParticipantThe most recent info is on Facebook and Myspace. You can always call 206-767-4811. This is the WC store-Columbia City does not have a phone yet, but WC should be able to let you know what is going on in CC.
Our AC is actually a swamp cooler, so it does not do much when it is this hot and humid. We are planning on installing real true AC for next summer…unless someone has a unit they want to pass our way now…;)
The biggest issue with the heat, besides the actual ice cream melting in the cooler, is our employees. It is unbearably hot behind the counter. We are making decisions with them as to when we should stay open. Today, Wed, we are open regular hours.

the other day (Friday?) KUOW had a ‘weekday’ story on independent ice cream shops/ sellers. I emailed them, sad that Full tilt wasn’t included.
anyhow, I wasn’t the only one I guess. they mentioned full tilt and your location (sort of- they said west seattle instead of white center) and said they received several emails in support of full tilt. :)

we did bring home salted caramel and i got a taste before hubby devoured it…
it might come in a close second for me… maybe even first on the right day.

FullTiltParticipantI would highly recommend a scoop of Mexican choc paired with a scoop of salted caramel for optimum taste…I double check this every so often with an official taste test ;)
We are also working on the website. It is up, but not complete by any means.

sam-cParticipantmex. chocolate and salted caramel together ? sounds like a taste explosion. However, is that possible in store? or do you need to buy pints of both to take home and mix yourself. last time we went to full tilt, they said they only have salted caramel by pint because the salt in the ice cream makes it melt, and so it can’t be served by the scoop in store.
guess I’ll just have to beg my husband for some of his caramel ice cream :)

flowerpetalMemberThis past weekend I was at White Center Pho and ran into a coworker who lives in Columbia City. She told me that she drives to WC for the Pho. Then she added that she also comes over here for Full Tilt’s ice cream.
Imagine how delighted she was to hear from me that Full Tilt is now in her ‘hood.
I am so pleased that we have Justin and Ann to be proud of, and for serving up the some durn good ice cream.

You can get the Salted Caramel by the scoop. We just happened to have it by the pint because I made a bunch of extra pints up because so many people were ordering it to go.
We are trying to keep it on as a standard flavor, but we go through it rather quick.

JoBParticipantI was in Mill Creek today with grandbabies and visited Frost donuts..
Guess what they had :)))
Mexican chocolate and salty maple donuts:)
they also had a maple bar with bacon… good but not great.
I am going to stick to ice cream.
