Door to door "solicitor" in north admiral (47th and admiral)

We just had a very strange, and persistent, door to door solicitor — well dressed (he pointed that out to me.) When I said, I don’t respond to door to door sales people he said, “I’m used to rejection — what would you do to help me?”

As always, I watched him disappear down the sidewalk and the road — when he turned away, he called someone on his cell phone. His back pockets appeared to be full of tools — couldn’t tell what. I think he stopped next door first — the very big dogs were barking and he didn’t stay there long.
