    Any recommendations for someone who takes care of dogs at their home while owners go on vacation?

    He stays at my house when I’m gone, pills my cats, takes out my garbage, and generally leaves things better than he found them. I’d be at a great loss without Eli. He lives in West Seattle.

    Their home as in the dogs’ or the pet sitter’s?

    Both of these folks will come into your home to care for your pets. Drew will even stay the night.

    If you have small dogs, my nanny is starting a dogwalking/petsitting business. She is incredibly respectful of other people’s homes and lifestyles. And passionate about animals. (She has a size limit in terms of dogwalking because of a past back injury.) Totally trustworthy. She’s watched my children, my dog, and our house. She has other great references from her other family and pet charges. Contact me if you’d like her name and number.
