Our West Seattle campus is home to more than 400 people. Our collaborative, interdisciplinary team is there to safeguard patients’ independence, dignity, and freedom to make decisions while allowing them to feel safe and secure. Your patients will include short-stay, sub-acute patients transitioning out of the hospital, as well as residents in long-term care.

Openings include full-time, part-time, and per diem (on-call) positions as well as multiple shifts. Right now, we’re offering a $500 bonus to external CNA hires for positions 32 hours per week and above.
