Congratulations! I don’t have a recommendation, but imagine it’s an exciting time for you!

I would be really interested in knowing what you’re thoughts are on the lease-to-own option. We’ve contemplated going that route.

Well, I don’t know if you’re the buyer or the seller. In our case, we have a small cottage on Vashon that we’d like to sell, and a couple would like to rent-to-own it, so we’re at the negotiating stage.
