Businesses in the junction?

Hi all –
After reading today that yet another business is now closing in the junction due to rent increase [so so sad :(], I’m curious to know what kinds of concepts people would like to see open up.

I think we can all agree that there is no shortage of pizza..

Well, if not pizza then I recommend a store that’s brightly lit and sell pull tabs, like whole walls full of them! Perhaps they can sell drinks too. Hipster’s can go there and show each other their overlong pointy shoes (this s why it would have to be brightly lit, of course)!

I really think this is the best plan. It contains the irony. Perhaps the space would need to be negatively pressurized and have special exhaust filtration to contain all of that irony.

Overlong pointy shoes! OMG, I thought I was the only one that actually noticed these. I see these men who are like 5’5 with these GIGANTIC shoes on all the time and I think to myself, dude there is NO WAY your feet are that big! Thanks for the laugh!
