Does anyone know when exactly Bright Horizons will open in Spring 2011? And has anyone registered yet?

I don’t know about Bright Horizons, but Chaco Canyon (same building) claims they’ll be opening around April 1. You could try contacting Bright Horizons – this is the info from their website for the WS location: 206-932-0820, westseattle@brighthorizons.com
