Black Dog Running on 34th.

At about 1430 today there was a black dog running south on 34th just past 100th. I got him/her to stop by standing still, the dog disappeared when I went to make sure I had closed my front door so my cat didn’t get out. Waste Management is in the area so lots of noise.

Dog was medium in size and the coat color was black or a very dark brow, Large bat eats like a Malinois. It looked like it had a dark collar, but could not see if it had tags.
