GAnativeParticipantWest Seattle Bowl

luckymom30ParticipantThanks we thought of that but something is wrong with their website and the party link does not work and I can’t anyone to answer the phone. We have done ice skating and roller skating already trying to find something new and different. Build a Bear is too young. Seattle is really hurting for places for kids not toddler age to go without going to Federal Way or Kent.

WSMomParticipantMy kids LOVE this place! Fun for all ages, even high school & college age kids have a great time on the trampolines and playing dodgeball.

maplesyrupParticipantMy kids have enjoyed:
Circus Arts
some gymnastics place down in Kent/Renton (sorry I don’t know the name)
Bullwinkle’s
Gameworks
And the good old group sleepover

luckymom30ParticipantThanks everyone for your suggestions! I found SANCA School of Acrobatic and New Circus Arts, anyone have any reviews or recommendations on this place? What is the name of the Circus School in SODO? Gameworks is good too but they are downtown and the parking is a nightmare, Bullwinkles I checked out but we just went to a party there several months ago. Too bad Color Me Mine went out of business here in Seattle. I will look up Circus Arts, thanks again!

maplesyrupParticipantI thought the name of the place in SODO was Circus Arts but whatever it’s called, that’s the place I was thinking of.
My kids go to so many parties it’s hard for me to keep that stuff straight.

luckymom30ParticipantThanks Maplesyrup! If I found a place for the party now I have to worry about if people will rsvp in time since most places need to know the exact count within 2 weeks of the party.

wundrgrrrlParticipantI drive by the SODO place often – it’s called Emerald City Trapeze I believe. Looks like a fun place!

pamMemberGirl party???? So much fun to do a chocolate party – buy the molds at Michaels, and get the squirt type bottles at PCC (near the bulk oils)to put melted chocolate in. Get little boxes for them to decorate and put their chocolates in to take home….

luckymom30ParticipantWould you believe it some of these girls don’t like chocolate much! Waiting to hear back from SANCA, but I will check to see if more ideas have been posted.

BlendParticipantThere is a new place opening up in Southcenter called Kid N Play. The owners are from West Seattle and live out here on Alki by me. It’s a center you can drop your kids off while you shop or go to a movie.
They have a climber with a slide, air hockey table, lego tables and other fun play stuff..and a theater for movies too. They also do parties. I am not sure when their grand opening is…but it’s sometime very soon.
Their kid is having his birthday party there this Sunday and I am going..so I will report back.
But anyways, it’s on Baker st..right by the mall kinda over by Acme Bowl. Oh and they do have a bouncy house for parties. Your kid might be a little old for it but they do take kids up to 12. I know adults who love those bouncy houses.

luckymom30ParticipantHeard back from SANCA so a circus party it will be! Thanks again everyone for your ideas! We really need a more places here in West Seattle and around to take kids (especially the older kids 10-12) for birthday parties.

crblk99MemberHey a great party idea for kids who like soccer is to get the Seattle soccer freestyle group to perform. I saw it at a party once and all the kids loved it!! You can check them out on facebook at http://www.facebook.com/seattlefreestylesoccer
