    I am a mature, quiet, semi-retired female that lives with my two shih-Tzu’s in a quiet neighborhood. Seeking mature, quiet person, non-smoking, no vaping, NO PETS, no weapons of any kind. Must be clean.

    One person only

    This is not an apartment but shared living as I will need access to the washer and dryer that is in the garage.

    $1,100.00 per month- 6-month lease
    1st and deposit required at move-in- Last can be prorated over a 3 month period.
    $300 non-refundable damage deposit

    DebiG- Sounds like a great deal for what’s offered. I would advise however that you note any non-refundable items on a lease agreement as a ‘fee’. A renter is entitled to receive a deposit back at the end of a period as all deposits are refundable. Good luck with your search.
