Barista + Counter Help | Dubsea Coffee is Hiring!

Dubsea Coffee in White Center/Greenbridge Community is looking to fill two openings on our team within the next few weeks.

1) Exceptional Barista

You are responsible for creating an enjoyably memorable customer experience, from the moment someone walks in the door through the last drop in their cup. This position requires that you have at least 1 year experience on a manual espresso machine.

Our requirements:

• You truly appreciate good coffee & consistently pull great shots of espresso on a manual machine

• You excel in texturing a variety of milks

• You love to pour and present your latte art

• You have a genuine interest in people and creating a pleasant customer experience

• You enjoy serving people of all ages and cultures

• You have a penchant for cleanliness & enjoy keeping things organized, efficient, and ready at all times

• You are graceful, even under pressure (i.e. you are mentally able to handle multiple orders as if you were handling just a single order)

• You are both self-reliant and a team player

• You can work a regular schedule of a minimum 3 shifts per week, including weekends, with a willingness to help cover shifts from time to time

• You use your time effectively and responsibly

• You are interested in a long term position in a community oriented coffeehouse

• You have reliable transportation

2) Counter & Shop Help

You are responsible for creating a great customer experience, supporting the barista, cashiering, keeping the cafe running smoothly and neat & tidy. Experience is not necessary though customer service experience is helpful. We will train the right person.

Our requirements:

• You have a genuine interest in people and creating a pleasant customer experience

• You enjoy serving people of all ages and cultures

• You have a penchant for cleanliness & enjoy keeping things organized, efficient, and ready at all times.

• You are comfortable using computers.

• You are graceful, even under pressure (i.e. you are mentally able to handle multiple orders as if you were handling just a single order)

• You are both self-reliant and a team player

• You can work a regular schedule of a minimum 3 shifts per week (10-20 hours), including weekends, with a willingness to help cover shifts from time to time.

• You use your time effectively and responsibly

• You are interested in a long term position in a community oriented coffeehouse

• You have reliable transportation
