Another dangerous moving violation by car driver

As promised, here isa video of the jagoff I encountered leaving early today to make appointment. Turns our idiotic drivers are not limited to the commuting hours. Cut right into my lane making a left on Alaska Way. I know I know, its the cyclists fault.

Why is this move so prevalent around Seattle? That illegal lane change coupled with refusing to look around at ones surroundings (or make eye contact with ANYONE) before doing so is truly dangerous. I’m always blown away by the lack watching out for others on the roadway–it’s almost as of most drivers in the region don’t have neck that turn or eyes that acknowledge other humans.
