Well, I think the colors on the townhomes at 60th & Admiral are kind of puurrrrdy!

Mike and grrr, I agree completely on the townhomes there.

FUGLY, no other word for them.

I had a convo with a man one day about 3 months ago as we both were stopped in our tracks while out for a walk going opposite directions to exclaim to each other what an abomination they were.

Especially when you look directly across the street and can see a great design with the townhouses there.

Been gone a week so was interested to see the opinions of the lime green and blue Alki Condo. I don’t mind a little out of the box color scheme, but couldn’t it be a bit tasteful? I used to like the architecture of that building and now when I look at it, all I see are the lime green decks and the building disappears. I don’t think I will get used to it and I sure wouldn’t want to own it. Kind of restricts the potential market if you ever wanted to sell. Probably doesn’t help the neighbors either.
