Here’s a link to the Craislist ad which should answer most, if not all of your questions.

If responding, please mention you saw it here!!!

sbre..the craigslist add shows picture, and basics, like how big it is, but no other text, and no rental amount. People might want to know that :)

    Great location, btw…

Jan when I just searched the site and found it I saw all the text that should be there.

Is anyone else have the same experience as Jan?

Or do you see the text?

Inquiring minds want, no NEED to know!!!

    Thanks

Text is showing fine for me, and did so when I first checked out this thread, and the CL link maybe a couple hours ago now.

Didn’t mention anything, because I thought maybe sbre had fixed it.

I’m using W7 OS, Chrome Browser.

aren’t rental ads still against the rules on wsblog?

Diane, if that IS the case then I didn’t knowingly violate the rule. (enter some big ‘ol Sheriff with a southern drawl saying…”Boy, ignorance ain’t no excuse for breakin the law”)

Hopefully Tracy (or someone else ‘in the know’) will set the record straight for me/us.

I strive to do the right thing!!!

You cannot just open a topic soliciting customers or posting a “rave” about your own business. Thanks very much to those who spot those quickly and report them. This site is a commercial, advertiser-supported business – just like a commercial newspaper, TV station, radio station, etc. – and if you are interested in advertising your business on WSB, that information is available here:

    https://westseattleblog.com/blog/?page_id=4002

Added 9/17/09 for EXTRA emphasis: A “for rent” or “for sale” housing ad IS advertising and falls under the aforementioned rules.

Added 5/30/2010 for clarification: Freebies/deals/sales that you want to post here must be available to everyone – no prequalification such as “mention you read it on WSB” or “offering this if you (whatever).”

jwws~Thanks for clueing me in to the this particular rule, no I know not to do it again in the future.

If I was able to edit/erase the original post I would, so will leave that to those with more power.

    Good day all…
