Perhaps you’re a small business who would like to sublease your space, or you’re moving out soon and you’re space is really great, or perhaps you’re an agent who knows the WS buzz.

The space does not need to have a storefront but I would make good use if it was available.

Busy days on the beach require effective leadership in a fast paced environment with varying situations. On slower days you are self-sufficient, innovative and able to manage all other employees.
